Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a BBQ or Grill Chef
- Must have strong experience cooking BBQ and grilled items on a **traditional Pakistani/ Indian charcoal grill.**
- Experience in preparing Pakistani/Indian Kababs, Tikka, Lamb Chops and other BBQ items
- Good knowledge of marination, charcoal heat control and grilling techniques
- Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety and food-storage standards
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
- Previous UAE restaurant experience is preferred
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference
- Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
