QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some food service experience is desired
  • Ability to accurately count and handle money
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation and safe food handling practices
  • Knowledge of alcohol service and mixing drinks
  • Able to work and focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions, adapt to constant change and effectively perform the work
  • Can work well with others in a team environment and work independently
  • Cheerful outlook and neat appearance
  • Must speak and understand English
  • Understanding of basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
  • WORKING ATTIRE
  • Professional server attire is required for event days. This consists of a black button-down shirt, black pants (no holes), black socks or stockings and black non-slip shoes. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn as requirements dictate.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must possess a valid certificate of completion of Ohio ASK (Alcohol Server Knowledge) program training courses
  • Must pass a background check and credit screening for cash handling purposes
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • This position requires stooping, lifting, walking, and standing for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
