Overview
- To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
- To be fully knowledgeable about all bar/lounge products and recipes.
- To provide a high standard of quality and efficient/friendly service
- To prepare mise-en-place and perform side duties.
- Welcoming members, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing members about new beverages and specials
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each drink/beverage accordingly.
- To monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.
- To perform cashiering functions, and to ensure that the cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to.
- To have ready garnishes for all drinks upon opening of the lounge.
- Apply the FIFO method (first in, first out) to best utilize the products and reduce wastage.
- Compliance with the dress code during working hours.
- Understand and adhere to all CORE s policies including but not limited to CORE Code of Conduct
