The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar guest service capacity.
Responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared for guests.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
- Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to established standards.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
- Manage menus, including reading and visually verifying information.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in a guest service role.
- Ability to create a safe workplace environment.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
