Your Mission As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to: Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused About You The ideal candidate can demonstrate: To be energetic, proactive, and a team player Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Our offer to you Permanent, full-time role: £16.21/hour total package (base pay + tronc) Daily staff meals served family-style 15% employee discount in all UK & Ireland restaurants £500 referral bonus for recommending a friend, T&Cs apply Mental health & wellbeing support Earned Wage Access - unlock your pay between paydays Regular training & career growth opportunities International mobility with opportunities to work across the group Big Mamma Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
