Barista (Steak Restaurant) – Al Ain
We are an established steak restaurant located in Al Ain seeking a skilled and motivated **Barista** to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality beverages and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Support front-of-house and kitchen colleagues during busy periods
- Assist team members with tasks outside barista duties when service demand is high
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant operating standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute beyond core barista duties when needed
- Must be currently residing in Al Ain to be considered
