The Barista provides food and drink service and creates memorable guest experiences as part of Hilton's hotel team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly guest service and proactively help make the guest experience special.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Learn menu items and specials to answer guest questions.
- Take and enter food and beverage orders in the point-of-sale system and complete orders promptly.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
