Typical responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and look for ways to make their experience special.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks using standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Learn menu items and specials to answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
