Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other cafe equipment
Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Recommend and upsell coffee products and cafe menu items
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and excellent customer service
Stay updated on coffee trends and share product knowledge with customers
