About This Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and signature beverages to an exceptional standard
- Create unique, visually appealing signature drinks that align with our brand
- Deliver a refined and professional customer experience at all times
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and service standards
- Engage with guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner

- Proven experience as a barista in a premium café, lounge, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink creation
- Ability to craft and innovate signature beverages
- Highly professional, well-presented, and detail-oriented
- Passionate, hardworking, and committed to excellence
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to grow within the brand
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
