Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high‑quality espresso‑based beverages with precision and consistency
* Execute hand‑brew methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.) with strong understanding of extraction and flavor profiles
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
* Deliver professional, polite, and customer‑focused service
* Manage daily bar operations, stock levels, and equipment care
Requirements
* Proven experience as a specialty barista
* Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting levels, and brewing techniques
* Excellent communication and customer‑service behavior
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Positive attitude, discipline, and team spirit
