Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages.
- Use coffee brewing techniques and knowledge of bean varieties and flavor profiles.
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment.
- Serve customers, communicate effectively, and handle orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous Barista experience is required; hotel, café, or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing, beverage preparation, coffee beans, and their flavor profiles is required.
- Proficiency with espresso machines and other coffee equipment is required.
- Must be able to prepare hot and cold beverages, handle multiple orders, and maintain a hygienic workstation.
- Customer service, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and food safety capabilities are required.
- Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
