Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise procurement activities by obtaining competitive quotations, conducting market surveys, and analyzing pricing to ensure optimal value.
• Coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services, follow up on outstanding orders, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Assist in vendor negotiations, registration processes, and purchase order management, maintaining transparent communication.
• Develop and implement cost-control initiatives and monitor spending to support organizational budget objectives.
• Maintain accurate and updated supplier catalogs, inventory records, and comprehensive procurement documentation.
• Analyze vendor performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and supplier optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on purchasing activities, market trends, and vendor performance to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements applicable to operations in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant purchasing or procurement role.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of procurement excellence.

Work Environment

• This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic procurement team. The role requires close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
