Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards.

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Saudi residency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to approved recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all beverages.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly.
  • Adjust coffee extraction, grind size, and milk texture to meet quality standards.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
  • Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
  • Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Ensure all coffee equipment, tools, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Support the service and kitchen teams during peak hours and busy periods.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso techniques, and milk texturing.
  • Experience with specialty coffee and basic latte art is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
