Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, and wellness treatments in accordance with company standards.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage techniques and wellness services.
• Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules.
• Promote wellness services, spa packages, and related products when required.
• Collaborate with spa and management teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
• Ensure all massage equipment, oils, linens, and tools are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of professional massage techniques and customer care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.

Portfolio Requirement

• Applicants must provide professional certifications and/or a portfolio showcasing previous experience.
• Portfolio may include certifications, spa experience, client feedback, or examples of wellness services provided.
• Experience working with spas, wellness centers, hotels, or luxury salons in KSA is highly preferred.
