Work Arrangement

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently.
• Welcome customers and create a positive café experience.
• Engage with customers and understand their preferences.
• Recommend food and beverage items and upsell complementary products.
• Promote signature beverages, desserts, and international fusion menu items.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Handle POS billing and process orders accurately.
• Support café operations and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• One to three years of barista or café experience is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and strong customer communication skills.
• Outgoing, talkative, confident, and naturally engaging personality.
• Strong upselling and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed presentation, energetic approach, and target orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
