Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused **Barista** to join our team.
As a barista, you will craft high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive experience.
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including café tables and restrooms.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and restocking ingredients.
- Suggest menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as **BARISTA in uae**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and quality service.
