Our innovative, digital-first coffee shop chain redefines the coffee experience through technology, customisation, and exceptional drink quality.
Our concept is built on three key pillars:
1. Specialty Drinks
Our in-house R&D lab reinvents classics, creates seasonal specials and streamlines drink-making, bringing Guests a diverse menu of quality coffee and signature beverages for every taste and budget.
The taste and quality of our drinks and the freshness of our food are our top priorities!
2. Technology
With a seamless digital ecosystem centred around our mobile app, we reimagined what a coffee shop could be: no cashier, self-service terminals, and a smart pickup counter.
This design removes the barrier between Guests and Baristas, making the space feel both cozy and tech-forward.
3. Customisation and Transparency
Guests can customise drinks in the app, while our team monitors ingredients, calories, and allergens with care.
We oversee every step — from production to sale — to ensure quality, traceability, and full transparency.
Role
From a small startup to 130+ locations across the UAE, Kazakhstan, and Russia, we're expanding and winning the hearts of coffee lovers around the world!
We are looking for energetic, motivated, and passionate Baristas to join our journey and together build our brand as a community, a lifestyle, a place to belong.
As a Barista at Drinkit, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing an exceptional Guest experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Product
- Craft a wide range of hot and cold beverages — from espresso classics to V60, filter brews, teas, etc. — following
Drinkit's
- standards with precision and care.
- Keep every drink consistent in taste, temperature, and look, making sure each cup lives up to the
experience
- .
- Stay up to date with our menu, beans, brewing methods, customisations, and new seasonal releases — curiosity and passion for coffee are key.
- Confidently work through high-volume rushes while maintaining the same quality, speed, and attention to detail.
Guests
- Greet every Guest with warmth and energy, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the first second.
- Guide Guests through menu items and customisation options, helping them find their perfect drink.
- Handle questions and concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset, ensuring every Guest feels cared for.
- Build genuine relationships with Regulars and contribute to the unique, community-driven
Drinkit
vibe.
Operations
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health standards.
- Take good care of coffee equipment, tools, and utensils.
- Maintain stock levels for beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other essentials.
- Minimise waste through proper stock rotation and mindful beverage preparation.
Team
- Work closely with your teammates, supervisors, and managers to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Join team briefings, training sessions, and contribute to a positive, supportive, and uplifting team environment.
- Assist with onboarding and guiding new Baristas, helping them grow into confident, skilled members of the
Drinkit
community.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–2 years of barista or café experience, with solid hands-on skills
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and milk steaming
- Confidence, friendly communication
- Ability to stay focused and consistent during busy hours
- Close attention to detail and passion for delivering top-quality drinks
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene rules
- Eagerness to learn about coffee preparation and digital tools
