Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join team.
The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the coffee bar and workstations
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies
- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation
- Follow company health, safety, and food handling guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista, Café Associate, or Food & Beverage Service staff
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods
- Familiarity with coffee beans, roasting profiles, and latte art
