• We are looking for a passionate and skilled *Barista* to join the team.
• As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining the cafe's standards of service and aesthetics.

• *Key Responsibilities*
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and other beverages in accordance with Café's recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Educate customers on the Café brand, coffee origins, and menu items.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the café space, including workstations, seating areas, and storage.
• Assist with restocking inventory and monitoring supplies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold brand values.
• *Qualifications & Skills*
• Prior barista experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment preferred.
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
