About This Role
Job Description
- Greet the customers in a professional and friendly way.
- Educate customers on coffee blends and menu items.
- Prepare and serve coffee, and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Taking orders while paying attention to details
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Comply with health and safety regulations and Clean as you go policy
- Stock Maintenance, restock inventory, including cups, syrups, coffee beans, and food items.
- Check if the brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years experience as a barista, specialty coffee experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Transferable Visa
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and customer service
