We are looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
- Ensure all cups, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management
- Assist in arranging and preparing meeting tables and refreshment areas when needed
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for customers and visitors
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
