Overview
Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold brews, manual brews, and signature beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines (e.g., espresso machine, grinder, batch brewers, and milk frothers) and other barista tools.
Execute drink orders swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for takeaway and delivery platforms.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all beverage items.
Monitor and restock barista station inventory, reporting low stock or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Follow Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the barista prep area throughout each shift.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Assist with inventory counts and quality checks as required.
