Overview
- **job responsibilities**:
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee station, tools, and customer area
- Greeting customers and taking orders politely and accurately
- Recommending drinks and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Handling cash, card payments, and maintaining accurate billing
- Monitoring stock levels (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.) and informing management when reordering is needed
- Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of beverages
- Following health, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
