Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Barista/Customer Service representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and customer interaction, and will be fluent in English.
Your primary role will be to create a memorable experience for our customers while delivering high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the coffee machine and equipment.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of bakery items and other menu items.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
