We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented baristas to join egao — a modern food & drink concept by Roast Story focused on specialty coffee, matcha, handrolls, and beautiful customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, works well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments for customers.
Requirements
- Previous café or barista experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for coffee, matcha, and modern food culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to cleanliness and detail
