- Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to elevate overall team performance.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all products and services strictly adhere to brand guidelines and quality protocols.
- Logistics Support: Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and supply control.
Requirements Leveraging over one year of hands-on experience to drive customer satisfaction and enhance team efficiency through effective training, mentorship, and a deep understanding of specialty coffee.
