The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas
- Handle cash responsibly and follow cash‑handling procedures
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions
