***Job Description :-***We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barber to provide grooming services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard styling. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a good sense of style, and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities :-
- Provide hair cutting, trimming, and styling services based on client preferences
- Perform beard trimming, shaping, and traditional shaving services
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work area
- Sanitize tools in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, styles, and grooming techniques
- Handle customer appointments and manage time efficiently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build client relationships
Qualification :-
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role
- Valid barber license or certification (as required by local regulations)
- Knowledge of different hair types, styles, and grooming techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Experience with modern and classic haircut styles
- Knowledge of hair care products and treatments
- Ability to upsell grooming products and services
