About This Role

What We Need
We are looking for a seasoned Barber with at least 5 years experience and excellent English communication skills.
Your Skills:
- Expert at everything from classic scissor cuts and executive restyles to skin fades and buzz cuts.
- High-level beard shaping, line-ups, and traditional hot towel straight-razor shaves.
- Familiarity with scalp treatments, keratin smoothing, and facial grooming.
- Able to give an honest, expert consultation and keep a friendly, natural conversation going with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver consistent, high-quality haircuts and shaves that keep clients coming back.
- Manage your station and tools meticulously (hygiene is non-negotiable).
- Provide a relaxed experience—using our station sinks to provide washes and scalp massages without the client ever needing to move.
- Contribute to the shop's reputation as the "New Standard of Man" in Dubai.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a professional barbershop environment.
- A strong portfolio of work (Instagram or photos).
- A relaxed, professional attitude—we need someone reliable who fits a friendly, team-oriented shop.
- Excellent English communication skills.
