Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in hospitality or mixology are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a bar or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance guest experience.
- Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations.
- Additional language ability preferred.
- All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific department uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you by your supervisor.
