La Petite Maison is opening a beachfront restaurant in Dubai, bringing its French-Mediterranean hospitality to a waterfront location.
The role
The Barback keeps the bar stocked and clean, prepares it for service, and supports bartenders and the wider team.
The role offers an opportunity to learn bar work from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Stock drinks, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Prepare garnishes and set up the bar before service.
- Keep the bar clean, tidy, and organised.
- Support bartenders throughout service.
- Help with deliveries and storage areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
What you need
- Some bar, restaurant, or hotel experience is a plus.
- Be fast, reliable, and willing to stay busy.
- Be a team player who helps where needed.
- Be tidy and organised.
- Basic English is required.
