ou will play a key role in supporting the bar team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, keeping the bar clean and organised, and assisting the bartenders to ensure efficient service throughout every shift.

Support the bartending team by ensuring the bar is fully stocked with spirits, wines, beers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies throughout service.

Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised work environment including stocking of supplies, washing and polishing glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitising tables, etc.

Stock the bar as necessary in accordance with company guidelines regarding stock requisition

Support bartenders during busy service periods by responding quickly to requests and ensuring they have everything required to deliver exceptional guest service
