• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with brand and HACCP requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to create innovative beverage menus, seasonal offerings, and promotional initiatives that enhance the guest experience.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management processes to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
• Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all bar operations.
• Drive business performance through revenue-generating initiatives, operational analysis, team development, and effective resolution of guest feedback and concerns.

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of beverage operations, cocktail development, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire high-performing bar teams.
• Certification in Mixology or Beverage Management is considered an advantage.
