JKS Restaurants are seeking a Bar Manager to join their team for an exciting new opening in Dubai this year.
The successful candidate will be personable, passionate and have exceptional Bar knowledge and skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to join an award‑winning, critically acclaimed group, supporting a high‑profile opening.
The restaurant will showcase one of JKS’ Michelin‑starred Indian concepts as part of the group’s continued international expansion/growth.
The Group
JKS Restaurants was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi in November 2008.
The group has received critical acclaim and industry recognition since its inception, including 8 Michelin stars, 4 Michelin Bib Gourmands and one restaurant ranked in the World’s 100 Best restaurants.
The JKS portfolio currently includes Michelin Starred restaurants Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as cult favourites Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat Bar and Bibi.
Pubs include The Cadogan Arms and The George.

The Position
- As Bar Manager you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have excellent understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible.
- The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock and cost control.
- The Successful Bar Manager will have:
- Prior experience as a Bar Manager within a high-quality restaurant or bar in Dubai
- Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
What We're Looking For
World-Class Bar Experience and a proven track record as a Bar Manager in a high quality Bar, where you have honed your craft and developed an in-depth understanding of mixology.
Your ability to create unique and trendsetting cocktails, alongside your vast knowledge of beverages, will set you apart.

You possess a creative approach, an impeccable attention to detail, and an innate desire to deliver exceptional experiences that leave guests in awe.
