Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails to a consistently high standard

Deliver attentive, personalised beverage service and anticipate guest needs

Share your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer with confidence

Recommend beverages that complement each guest’s tastes and dining experience

Maintain consistency, efficiency and attention to detail during busy service

Support mise en place, cocktail batching and stock preparation

Maintain exceptional bar presentation, cleanliness and Responsible Service of Alcohol standards

Work closely with the qualia Food & Beverage team to provide seamless service

You’re an experienced bar professional who takes pride in both the drinks you create and the service you provide. You’re comfortable engaging with guests, understand the finer details of luxury hospitality and bring a calm, professional approach to every shift.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium cocktail bar, luxury hotel, high-end restaurant or similar hospitality venue

Demonstrated experience producing high-quality cocktails during busy service

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, liqueurs and premium beverage service

Experience with cocktail batching and service preparation is highly regarded

Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional approach

The ability to anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalised service

Proven ability to maintain exceptional standards under pressure

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Current Queensland RSA or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
