About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate banquet and event business through sales calls, networking, and client visits.
  • Handle all inquiries related to banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and event orders.
  • Coordinate with banquet, kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and venue tours for prospective clients.
  • Ensure accurate event details are communicated through Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain client database and update CRM systems.
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in banquet or event sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
