Key Responsibilities
- Generate banquet and event business through sales calls, networking, and client visits.
- Handle all inquiries related to banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and event orders.
- Coordinate with banquet, kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and venue tours for prospective clients.
- Ensure accurate event details are communicated through Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain client database and update CRM systems.
- Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in banquet or event sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
