Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Sales Executive based in the United Arab Emirates. The Banking Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, developing and managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting banking products and services. Additionally, this role includes conducting financial consultations with clients, providing solutions tailored to their needs, maintaining thorough knowledge of financial products, and collaborating with team members to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer acquisition skills, including client prospecting, relationship building, and strong negotiation abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of banking and financial services products
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data interpretation
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Previous experience in banking and finance, particularly in sales or client management roles, is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively
