Banking Officer

Maintain regular coordination and communication with local banks to obtain annual credit limits for issuing rial and foreign currency guarantees.

Handle the opening of rial and foreign currency letters of credit and other banking facilities in compliance with banking rules and procedures.

Monitor, record, and manage guarantees, banking facilities, and documentary credits within the internal tracking system.

Prepare and manage official correspondence with banks and follow up on requests related to renewal, extension, or cancellation of guarantees and facilities.

Ensure all banking documents are properly organized, updated, and maintained for accurate record keeping and reporting.

Track financial instruments and ensure timely execution of banking transactions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Support internal teams with banking related documentation and clarification when required.

Assist in maintaining compliance with financial policies and banking regulations.

Strong understanding of banking regulations, especially those related to guarantees and banking facilities.

Good knowledge of documentary credits and banking transaction processes.

Practical experience with bank guarantees and general banking operations.

Basic to good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.

Ability to handle banking documentation and official correspondence accurately and professionally.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
