• Backend Development:
• + Design, develop, and maintain server-side application logic.
• + Build APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
• + Ensure data security and implement authentication systems.
• Database Management:
• + Design and optimize database structures to ensure high performance and scalability.
• + Handle database migrations, backups, and restoration processes.
• System Optimization:
• + Optimize server-side processes for speed and efficiency.
• + Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues.
• Collaboration:
• + Work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration.
• + Coordinate with DevOps engineers for continuous deployment and scalability.

• ****Job Requirements****
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in backend development.
• Skills:
• + Proficiency in server-side programming languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.
• + Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• + Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• + Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• + Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• + Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications (Preferred):

• Base Salary: QAR 140,000–QAR 200,000 annually (based on experience and market trends for 2025).
