We are looking for a **Back Office Processor** to execute sales orders flawlessly and seamlessly in collaboration with the Sales Team and partner back-office processing team for the timely delivery of services to each customer.
As an effective **Back Office Processor**, you must be an excellent communicator.
You must be comfortable working with the Sales Team & partner back-office processing team.
Job Description
- Checking sales orders in detail to ensure the documents are as per the agreed framework/ standards
- Sales order processing, delivery monitoring as per the communicated SLAs.
- Scheduling, document management, and correspondence between our sales team and partner back-office team.
- Working with our sales team & partner back-office department to gather information to resolve issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- To maintain accurate & up to date information on each Sales order
Qualification
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Telecom industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Outstanding ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Well-versed with MS Office
- Working days: 6 days/week (9 hours)
