Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in clients' homes across the Long Island area
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
Prepare light meals and snacks while maintaining a clean and safe environment
Assist with homework, bedtime routines, and daily schedules as needed
Communicate openly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding the child's day
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment at all times
Prior experience in babysitting, childcare, or a related caregiving role preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families
Ability to pass a background check
Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with children
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
