Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing environment
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
Prepare light meals and snacks while adhering to any dietary needs or restrictions
Assist with homework, reading, and other developmental activities
Maintain a clean and organized environment during care hours
Follow family routines including nap times, bedtime schedules, and daily activities
Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the child's day and any concerns
Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or a related caregiving role preferred
Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
Ability to pass a background check
Strong communication skills and ability to follow family guidelines and instructions
Must be located in or able to commute to Long Island, NY
