Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a B2C Sales professional.

Responsibilities

include identifying and engaging potential consumer clients, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, conducting client needs assessments, and assisting and help the client representatives for the first order.

The role also involves collaborating with sales management for strategy execution and growth in the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and relationship building
  • Proven expertise in Sales and customer interaction
  • Experience in Training and guiding clients or team members
  • Understanding of Sales Management and strategy implementation
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic analytical tools is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
