Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female B2B Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with business clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets through professional tele-calling and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business clients and introduce company services
- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and closures
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi & English mandatory (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Previous experience in tele sales/customer service is preferred
