What You'll Do
Research and identify businesses in the Liberty Harbor market that could benefit from City Wide's services.
Execute 50–100 high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) each day to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
Schedule, confirm, and document appointments, creating a seamless handoff to sales executives.
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all outreach efforts and communications.
Collaborate regularly with leadership to review progress, refine outreach strategies, and deliver consistent messaging.
Provide valuable insights to leadership on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
What Success Looks Like
50–100 daily outbound activities with quality conversations
10+ qualified appointments scheduled per month
100% of required activity tracked accurately in CRM
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound, inside, or sales development roles (B2B experience a plus).
- Excellent phone presence, written communication, and ability to build rapport quickly.
- High comfort level with outbound prospecting and achieving activity goals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
- A growth mindset and desire to advance into customer-facing or sales roles.
