Overview
An established and rapidly growing Digital Marketing Solutions company is seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to join its commercial team in the UAE.
We specialize in delivering integrated marketing, advertising, lead generation, branding, event marketing, content marketing, digital transformation, and business growth solutions to organizations operating within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Renewable Energy sectors.
This position is ideally suited to a commercially focused sales professional with a proven track record of generating new business, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals within the UAE market.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess existing relationships and business networks within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Renewable Energy, Industrial, Engineering, and related B2B sectors.

This is NOT an administrative, customer service, marketing coordination, back-office, telesales, or remote working position.
This is a client-facing field sales and business development role requiring active prospecting, networking, relationship building, client meetings, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and business acquisition activities throughout the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across the UAE.
- Develop and execute strategic business development and client acquisition plans.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, exhibitions, conferences, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and strategic prospecting.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, Marketing Directors, Commercial Directors, Business Owners, and Procurement Teams.
- Present and promote the company's digital marketing, branding, advertising, lead generation, event marketing, and business growth solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and business cases.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Candidate Profile
- We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships that generate measurable business results.
- The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Marketing Solutions Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales experience within the UAE.
- Proven experience working for a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Media Company, Marketing Consultancy, Event Company, Technology Solutions Provider, or related B2B services organisation.
- Strong existing network of business contacts and decision-makers within the UAE.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling capabilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, organised, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong business etiquette.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Additional languages will be considered advantageous.
- Valid UAE Residency Visa.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.
