Overview

  • Manage and grow B2B dropshipper accounts across the DACH region, build long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth and market expansion.
  • Account relationship management, sales growth planning, account performance monitoring, market research, issue analysis, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, act as the primary point of contact, and schedule regular business updates and project discussions.
  • Analyze account potential, create growth plans, improve listings, support cross-border selling, and identify new potential B2B partners.
  • Monitor country-level sales performance, analyze refunds/issues, and identify opportunities to improve account performance and customer experience.
  • 1–3 years' experience in ecommerce or related environment.
