Role Description
You'll be the technical hands behind some of Dubai's most ambitious residential AV projects — working directly under our Lead Engineer on full-stack integrations covering lighting, audio, video, climate, shading, and home cinema.
This isn't a cable-pulling role.
We need someone who can program, commission, troubleshoot, and finish to a standard our clients expect.
What You will do
- Program and commission
Control4, Lutron, and KNX
- systems end-to-end
- Design and deliver
- dedicated home cinema rooms
- — acoustics, projection, calibration, seating layouts
- Lead on-site technical execution alongside the Lead Engineer
- Liaise with interior designers, architects, and main contractors on technical coordination
- Own commissioning, snagging, and handover documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-handover (warranty + service calls)
Qualifications
- **UAE-based**
- (resident, with valid visa or transferable)
- Minimum 3
- years
- hands-on AV integration experience
- **Certified or proven**

- Control4 certification
• Lutron (HomeWorks QSX / RA3)
- KNX certification
- Demonstrated
- home cinema
- project experience — Dolby Atmos, JVC/Sony 4K projection, screen sizing, room acoustics
- Strong network/IT fundamentals — VLANs, managed switches, Araknis/Pakedge
- Fluent English, clean UAE driver's license
- Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills for luxury residential AV, control, and networking environments.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for complex integrated systems, including on-site diagnostics and issue resolution.
- Experience with System Administration for AV/control networks, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and network topologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to testing and commissioning.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CEDIA, AVIXA/CTS) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end fit-out AV projects in the UAE or GCC is highly beneficial.

- Familiarity with high-end audio brands (McIntosh, Steinway Lyngdorf, Wisdom Audio)
