AV Solutions Architect

Overview

_Solution Design & Presales

• _- Prepare technical designs, quotations, and proposals for AV solutions.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates, specifications, and design drawings.
• Prepare technical submittals and proposal documentation/blinders.
• Support the sales team with technical inputs, solution architecture, and pricing.

_Technical Evaluation & Vendor Coordination

• _- Coordinate with suppliers to evaluate AV products, technologies, and pricing.
• Stay updated on new AV technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure proposed designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
• _Documentation & Reporting
• _- Prepare project documentation, manuals, and design drawings.
• Maintain technical and presales documentation records.
• Generate periodic reports (monthly/annual) on estimation and presales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience as an AV design/estimation engineer in presales roles.
• For Senior Design & Estimation Engineer: 6–12 years of relevant AV design experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in AV systems including:
• Audio Visual systems
• Video Walls
• PA/VA systems
• IPTV
• SMATV
• Master Clock systems
• Proven experience preparing BOQs, cost calculations, and technical proposals.
• Ability to develop technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
